According to DeKalb County police, officers responded around 1:40 p.m. to a reported shooting in the 2700 block of Evans Mill Road. When officers arrived, they found a man who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Family members identified the victim as Ricardo Fallen, 20.

According to Fallen’s family, someone entered the apartment and shot him six or seven times. Despite the severity of his injuries, he did not survive the shooting.
